Bought me a 73 Cuda
« on: October 26, 2008 - 08:41:02 PM »
I just got my first Cuda. It is a 340 4 speed car. The motor is a 1970. Need quarters and paint, but complete.
I have the new quarter skins. Hopefully I can work through putting them on!!

Welcome to the site.  Nice looking car - looks like you could drive it for awhile before doing the body work.

I'm guessing from the palm trees either Florida or SoCal...?

Neat looking 'Cuda, welcome to here! I am thinking the grille is argent and just in the shade but I may be wrong. Gotta love those pistol grip shifters  :burnout:

Thanks for the kind notes!! The car is a good 20 footer. Paint has the most orange peel I have ever seen. The rear quarters need replacing, as do the outer wheel wells.
I am looking forward to getting the body work done and enjoying my ride.

Thanks!!

Welcome to the site!  There's nothing wrong with a good 20-footer. :grinno:  It looks nice in the photos and should be very nice after you get new quarters hung and it resprayed. :2thumbs:

Welcome!  Nice ride there that will hold its value nicely.

May want to consider full quarters like Goodmark's or AMD's instead of those skins.
