 I took possession at closing so I can move in at any time but we are waiting until  Nov 15 to move.  Then its a lot of work to get the house we have now ready to sell,but its paid for so we don't need to move it soon. And yep the deck on the back of the house is a great party spot plus it looks out on the garage. So come on down, plenty of yard to park Mopars and  have a bash :clapping:
