hallowen it is!
« on: October 31, 2008 - 07:08:54 PM »
so tell me everyone, its 7:00pm est and we have not had a trick or treater yet! Now, we normally get a bus load of 4-10 kids each year, but man I hate the decorating, buying the chockies and worse the drive to get home by 6 to hand them out to no trick or treaters. thats just our area I guess! Still have to do it though!

 :dunno:

@7:50pm EST...I just ran out of candy, 32 kids. Last year between 20 & 25.

They all got a baggie with 4 mini chocolate bars in 'em, maybe that was too much per kid..ya think.

It's strange. We had an unusually nice Halloween here in Detroit - It was 60 degrees this evening.  And I don't know if I had 20 kids all night - We usually have closer to 50.

One kid was decked out in a 'Lightning McQueen' costume from the movie 'Cars'.  That was cool.

Hope everyone had a great and safe Halloween, and your kiddies got lots of good treats!

Times must be tough. I was unloading last night at our Halloween gig and some kids were walking by. One had a Refrigerator box on as a costume.
Once we had Ronald Reagan, Bob Hope & Johnny Cash. Now we have Obama, No Hope and No Cash!
