318 Exhaust manifold to pipe connector
« on: November 03, 2008 - 10:58:48 PM »
I bought a 2.5inch "Header-Back" exhasut kit (Challnger, 318) but, now I want to keep the stock manifolds. Can I get the connector from manifold to pipe from a local exhaust shop? What would you call it?

with TTi they make the same exhuast either way so it is just a matter of ordering the front pipes , making the front pips is gernerally not too hard but almost everyone uses the factory flanges which are thinner & can warp & leak , if you didn`t buy TTi using TTi pipes may not work for you & I am not sure if you have any flanges to use

I ended up fabbing my own set from the stock mani to the 2" SUMMIT set-up I bought. Had a shop strecth a piece to the collars for me, then bent and wleded a few sections to get a decent fit.

Got any pics of the results?  I have tock exhaust connected to previous header system.  Job the shop did connecting the 2 is not pretty.
