I was going to order a pair from Dave @ Roseville , but they list the 70 /71 fender as the same part & I know they are different , Dave has sold a number of sets with no complaints & when he looked at the fenders he sais they didn`t have the notch above the headlights liek the 71 , but I would liek some feedback as well , if I do order a set I will have a mint 71 right fender available

Could you post a picture of the notch on the 71 fender.I have always thought that I had a 70 and a 71 fender on my car because one has holes for the emblem and one doesn't.In looking at them I see no difference.

How soon do you think you will order new fenders?I need a right fender and would be interested yours.

Thanks,Dave

I can order the fenders immediatly as long as I am sure they will be correct , the gold star is on the right fender only , the chall emblems were pin on on both fenders though

I use a set on one of my customers cars. They do not have the notch in them for the 71. Are correct for 70. The hood adjuster piece is just a nut on the backside and does not look right. We had to massage the seam to the hood...very wavy IMO. My only other real complaint is the right fenders lower body line and wheel opening is totally wrong and is a PITA to dolly around and correct. Not sure if this issue has been corrected yet. The left side was fine.

My passenger fender nose is rotten. I was going to wait and see some more recent feedback as well.

Chryco, Id be interested in that 71 Fender since I have a 71 (with notch) on driver side. Then I wouldnt have to get a repop. I suppose the only problem would be shipping. And i suppose its too big for a carry-on while you come to the states with Alan....  :misbehaving:

Maybe we can figure something out. I could send you money well in advance since im not painting till next spring.....  :bigshades:

Thanks for the feedback Tony figures , the repro for one I don`t really need to replace that is original fits fine & the one I need doesn`t  :banghead:
we could work things out to sell the one I have which is original Mopar once I am sure I have what I need for my car

I believe they were goodmark fenders. I have not tried any fenders by AMD yet. So far everything I have used by AMD has fit nicely.
