I don't know if that's the same sign, but there's one just like it on Southern Blvd. in Rio Rancho, the suburb on the NW side of Albuquerque where Intel is.

Had a buddy that retired from Rio Rancho PD last year, they are pretty big on DWI enforcement. He told me about an incident that happened shortly after he retired in which a Bernalillo County deputy was arrested on an off-duty DWI. Seems the PD officer went to arrest the off-duty deputy and other off-duty deputies with him called in the on-duty guys. Of course the PD guy called for backup and it turned into a big inter-department confrontation! The deputy went to jail anyway!

My buddy from Rio Rancho just pulled in a little while ago, but he's gone to the store right now. Soon as he gets back I'll show him the sign and see what he says!
