Locking threads
« on: November 06, 2008 - 03:47:50 PM »
I do not understand why political disussions always get locked or thrown away! It is ridiculous. The bickering back and forth and arguing is what make this country great. I know that some of you really smart people think politics should not be on a car board, but then why have mopar off topic? Everyone has a common identity on this thread, mopars. Why is it impossible to discuss anything else without getting locked? If you don't like the political threads, don't look at them, that simple!!

Agreed.  Just don't look at them.

I would rather talk politics with some of the regular people that have regular ideas about life.  The people here are great.

If I went to a political forum, all I get are people who have spent their entire lives practicing politics.  People who have masters degrees on the subjects.  These people I think have a harder time seeing what regular life is like for us regular people.
  Whatever though, I love Mopars!!

We get a lot of conplaints about hte threads from some members for the most part I leave them as is as long as they remain reasonable & don`t view them if you don`t want to read it but the bottom line is this is not a political site & generally things go too far eventually
