FT6..... That is my color of my whole car.

On a Dodge it is Dark Tan Metallic, sweet color in my opinion, not really a Bronze so to speak, more of a gold color.

i think it would work with the FC7 Purple. Purple and gold do look good together, and do not clash.

Looking forward to the pictures as they evolve Neil :2thumbs:

Ya know, Purple and Gold is the theme color for the new "Saints Row 2" game - a game all about pimps and gangs...

Hang some fuzzy dize from the Chally, get yourself a nice fur pimp jacket and you'd look quite the part!!

I think it might actually look pretty good!

Neil,

Bro your going to love having something that almost nobody has!  Leave the stripe on, dont cover it.  Let me ask a few things here:

1.  V or U Code? (Cant Remember)
2.  Did the car come with Mag 500 or Steelies?
3.  Are you rebuilding the engine bone stock or adding things like a different cam, roller rockers ect.

Thanks for posting the pic.  Keep us posted!   :picture:

Never can tell until it is done but I think with both paints being metallic it will actually look kinda cool in a weird way. Definitely one of a kind there.

Not a convincing picture...those girls can make any color combo look good!!!!  :droolingbounce:

I think the purple/Broze will look kinda cool, IMO....

Anyone can try a Photoshop or two..... Is this a '70 side stripe or bumble bee?

The Girls would look good in any color
Don , engines are my thing , leave it stock .... you have to be joking , the car was embaressingly slow before , any of my customers cars would slaughter it , the best I could get out of it was a 14.97 @ 88 Mph @ sea level , crap a stock 340 would have killed it . It will be slow no more , I will probably build a Dana for it while I am at it
I thought the car came with Ralleys , it had mags on it for approx 1 week after I bought it , it had the ugly steel 5 spoke appliance mags on it , That was the first thing I swapped out , I had no clue what wheels were on it originally but as I said before it had only 4 options & the build sheet shows FC7 code for the wheels so it had to have come with the non option steel wheels
the other thing I have figured out is most of the pix I have on this camera & have been downloaded onto this computer are more of the deatil pix as in this is how smaller areas are as the car came apart , much of the car has never been apart before for sure , the other pix wer etaken with a friends camera & are downloaded onto my laptop , so I need to log on with the laptoip to get at the other pix

Neil, go with the headers and the Dana,    >:(  I heard all the purists say WHAT?  Might as well, if you ever decide to sell you can always put the other parts on it to get max value, its not like your not mechanicly inclined.

Carlisle ... are you nuts , how am I going to get it there ???
, I definatly will not have $$ to buy a trailer if I can afford to finish it now , fortunatly all the labor is free as I am doing it allotherwise in might be 20 more years waiting to do it , not sure how I would feel about driving it 2800 miles there & 2800 back   :clueless:
