I see you left the vital sections of the rear quarter intact.  I still hope my side markers will fit in those openings...

Nice progress, Neil! :2thumbs:

Check your sail panel areas from the inside; I hope you don't have rust in there like mine does on the inner passenger side roof support structure. :dunno: I think i'll be ok so long as I keep from rolling it over :thinkerg:

First two pics are mine; third pic isn't...

mine is virtually rust free in that area Russ , I was checking in there as I removed the vinyl roof trim
I let the body shop guys blast it off , I know they used low pressure & proper angles to strip the paint without damaging the metal , no idea how long it took , he was totally pissed that day because everyone was getting stuck in his drieway & he had to keep stopping to get them out so I didn`t get to talk to him & I really can`t help you , I know you have to be Extremely careful or you damage the metal beyond repair though
 Thanks Mark

kinda , I stripped the car them mounted it onto the rotisserie then hauled the whole thing to the body shop still on the rotisserie & he pulled it outside to blast it off
So far I have rebuilt almost all of the parts , I need to take a lot more pix But I am pressured for time & I am not slowing down to detail the work progress unfortunatly
Virtually all of the suspension has now been powder coated , I have rebuilt the heater box steering column , all the pedals , the seats are recovered , new carpet is here already ,working on recovering the headliner , the engine is being built right now , the tranny is almost ready , just needs painting , front brakes are done , rad is rebuilt , rear tires are mounted & balanced , new gas tank sender & lines are here , full exhaust system is sitting here too , need to blast & paint the manifolds yet , , bumpers are out being rechromed , the only part I am behind on is getting a Dana housing shortened & axles ordered + I need rear brake hardware & drums , I still need to pull the guages & touch up the orange & do the electronic conversion to the tach & clock , new vinyl top is already here , I have detailed & painted all the lights & housings , shifter & all shift & clutch linkage is rebuilt & detailed , . most of this car is in awesome shape as it only has 42,000 miles on it & having owned it for almost 30 years I have been buying better quality parts for it for that long as I always planned to do this someday .
So thanks for the offer Rob but at this point this list above is all I am in need of
