The carbs are 69 RR mechanical carbs , date coded too , these all have the accellerater pumps on them , & they all have metering blocks so you can tune the jetting , if you add the metering blocks & the race bowls there is not enough space between the carbs so you have to use the side hung float bowls . As I said these are as delivered 69 RR carbs Not GM application & trust me these carbs were not cheap to get , but when you stand on the loud pedal all 3 carbs are instantly Wide open , no waiting for vacuum to get the outbaord carbs involved !! I figured these would be the killer setup on top of 512 " of solid cammed big block & allow all the tuning advantages .
The exhaust manifolds are no longer stock , anyone who knows me knows I cannot sacrifice power , I did not get them extrude honed although I probably should have , you have to draw the line financially somewhere , but there are extensively ported everywhere I could reach & the heat riser flap oddly fell out after grinding on it LOL
I would love to take credit for being a strong MOFO & I am not weak But the reality is if you place the stands under the front spring hangers it is only maybe 150# lift to raise the nose of the car , you just need a friend to raise the stands while you lift , I was able to hold it long enough quite easily to have my friend remove both stands , take the picture & replace the stands set much higher so the engine would roll under the frame rail
