1970 cuda have a few??

I just bought a 70 barracuda #matching,auto,purple. Looking for a replacement motor/trans.Any good crate 383 turnkeys out there?How about a fully assembled trans?One more thing how hard is it to replace the dash pad?   Thanks for your help,   Mike :feedback:
