I usually look at Challengers but those prices seem pretty reasonable to me for a 71; even in this market.  What does everyone else think?

Interesting... Depends on the amount of rust and bodywork.  Engines are easy, bodywork is expen$ive, IMHO.

Not bad, a lot of work but we've all seen worse. Looks like it's had a decent prang on the RH side, the upper inner fender is bent/twisted and folded over a little, will need some chassis straightening one would imagine. Still a great price, a BS23 'Cuda ASKING $12.5K is good IMO. Shucks, when I was looking for mine over a 16 months+ ago, that car would have been $25-$30K, seriously.

No pics of the front of the car, but several of the back and what little you can see of the rad support, it looks bent.  There might be more to the car than meets the eye... just my guess.

Still think the price is high.  But then I did look for almost 10 years for a 71 at the right price, got a BH but not a BS.

It's an OK deal. Most people simply do not know the true cost of a restoration though...

I know 71 Cuda's are the Holy Grail, but $12.5 for that seem high.  Looks like body alienment problems and a good candidate for hidden cancer.  Better take a close look

Bottom line is that it is a factory BS car and not a BH or BP car, and in that condition I think it is an excellent value.

also the passenger side inner fender is wrinkled above the shock tower,bolt holes ripped and no fender.

Radiator support is shoved back for sure. Looks like it took a hit up high though. Little time on the frame rack and a new inner fender and possibly new radiator support. The car looks like it was optioned pretty decent. Before I would comment on the price I would have to see pics of the floor pans and rails.
