I like off-topic. I agree with others that if you dont want to talk religion or politics or whatever is the flavor of the day..... Dont enter the thread, pretty easy the way I see it. But the same people who dont like it and read it anyway are like people passing an accident scene. If you do not want to get upset, dont watch the show.

You should remember that not everyone here actually owns an E body or if they do work may be glacier slow or stalled. If you keep posting "done nothing on my car" enough times people sense a trend The off topic thread gives people a way to stay involved if they don't have something car related to say. Few people are so one dimensional that cars are their entire existance, let people talk about other things if they want to. Just my
