I saw the review on them in the magazine, does anyone have any info on them? what benefits or negative effects they would have on an otherwise stock suspension?
Not a damn thing.
Except being shiny and tubular.
I wouldnt mind getting the front end slightly lower, but Im just wondering if its worth it.
I've run 50K HARD miles on my Barracuda with
stock upper arms and the suspension very lowered. I don't run LCA bumper bushings and it's 1 1/2" between the steel LCA and the steel chassis frame. It's got the same ball joints, pitman, and upper moog 7103 offsett rubber bushings that I installed 15 years ago in 1993! Alignment shop said everything is fine in 2007.
But recently I was checking the suspension and the output shaft of the steering box is a little loose. That was a Mopar remanufactured box in 1993. I would
assume a reman is new guts in an old case. Whereas a rebuilt is just new bearings and seals.
Is that correct about the difference?
