Im not sure from the front screw, but I am sure thr back screw is behind the window slide guide.  The tab that the allen head bolt screws down to up inside there is right in front on the insert for the rear screw on the mirror

  Both the driver's and passenger's doors have the same measurements. If nobody chimes in with the exact location. I'll post a pic tomorrow with a measuring tape.

17 & 1/4 inches from the door edge and 1 1/4 down from the top edge

Thank you , I wanted to be sure it was the same on a Chall as a Cuda
