Rimblow rebuild?
« on: November 27, 2008 - 05:32:25 AM »
Anyone do their own rebuild of the rim blow wheel?  Where did you get your parts?  Any advice?  You can see that my wheel needs a new horn switch and also the aluminum trim that goes inside the center cap........

plumbeeper is a member here and restores them.  I hear they're awesome when done.  I think he gives you a discount, too for being a member here.

I can personally vouch for Plumbeeper's work without giving it a second thought.  :2thumbs:  He did mine and if you do a search here you'll see some pics of it that he posted.

I haven't had him do my work but I'll be sending him two wheels in the very near future. I've seen his stuff and its perfect. On the otherhand I wouldn't know where to begin with duplicating the woodgrain. If you give it a shot I would love to see how it turns out. Either way good luck !

Here I am.

Thanks for the good words guys. Your business is greatly appreciated.  :worshippy

We carry all of the parts necessary to make your rimblow wheel complete. Ben sells the Mopar rimblow switches for the same price I do. He sells Ford switches as well, but they're not the same. If you've never installed one before, we don't recommend it for just anyone. You need a lot of patience to get one of them in without damaging it. They are very delicate and at $125 a pop, you don't want any mistakes. For an extra $25, we remove your old switch and install the new switch with a new pigtail, test and guarantee it.

We restore all of the Mopar woodgrain wheels to concourse show car condition. All of our restorations have the correct woodgrain pattern, texture and finish. Everything carries a 100% satisfaction guarantee. Visit our website or contact me with any questions or concerns.

10% off all of our website prices for Cuda-Challenger members.
