The 71-74 has a "clicker" you have to push down to remove the key.

The 70 does not have a clicker, but the housing twists to remove the key. I DO have the 3 pieces to make a 70 floor shift column out of column with the shifter. $50 plus ship. E-mail me direct if you are interested.
