Yea, not even touching the state. Someday I may end up there for some BMW courses however. They hold training there for some regions.

I'm in Baton Rouge and might be available.  My 71 318 is currently not streetable, but it is in one piece (a survivor with 230,000 mi).  Would be cool to talk 318 with you.

Walker is about 10 miles before you arrive in Baton Rouge from the east.  To/From Walker my house is about a 45 minute drive.  I live in Baton Rouge south of LSU.

Sounds like you might be coming through Dallas/ Fort Worth on Sunday morning? If so I am right between I20 and I30 in Arlington which is the city between Dallas and Fort Worth. If you want to come by the shop and see the progress on the XV stuff on the convert or take a ride in a stock 318 cuda you are welcome to. Might take you a week to finish the trip if you keep taking scenic detours.

That Dallas/Ft. Worth mess looks like fun to drive through! Arlington looks about an hour from where we are spending the night. So we might be able to swing through for a few then putt into Decatur and relax. PM me your info, would you be availible around 12-1pm??
