Not a newbie because I have been on here before a couple of years ago. Had to re-join as I think my old profile must have been deleted or something. Couldn't log in anyway so I started again.
My name is Dave Robson. I live in the North East of England in the UK. I am 49 years old and have had this U code 440 R/T Challenger since 1989.
Three years ago I took my Challenger apart for some minor bodywork, re-paint and some engine work.
But then two years ago I came down with a serious illness (caused by a flu virus of all things) that damaged half my brain and gave me physical limitations. I have been recovering since and I think I am just about OK now. Been working full time for 9 months now. But the first year was a struggle (physically and financially) and work on my Challenger has been slow.
I did make great progress on her this summer but the effort took it out on me and I am back to taking my time so I am fit for the spring. 2009 is going to be MY year.
Sorry it is looking very dusty and messy at the moment.
