I misread the brake page, it said they are warranted for 12k or 12 months. Bottom line the car has expensive parts to replace and Nissan is doing whatever they can to void warranties.

Tuner is the more PC word for any modified compact but I still call them Ricers.  :naughty: It may be a factory car but it looks ricer to me and though I appreciate anything that goes fast I will always prefer a v8/v10 rear drive muscle type car over any front or all wheel drive 4 or 6 cyl no matter how fast or great handling. As was said just personal taste. Now a Ferrari I`d love to take for a spin!

Have you ever sat in a Pantera? A friend of mine had one and yes they are really cool cars but I don't fit in it very well (I'm 6 foot 200 lbs) and getting in and out is a real chore. I wanted one until I sat in one. They definitely can perform though. That Pantera is very famous in the Pantera circle.

the hemipanter!

i love that car, and the guy who made it is a legend.

have you checked out his website? he goes into great detail of the build, good reading!
from cutting the grooves in his tires to making a model of the chassis to work out the most effective stiffening.

yep, i reckon i'd about give up a nut for one of those...   i have always lusted after mid-engine v8 sportscars..   especially twin turbo ones, ie F40.

That Ferrari in the pic that you posted is more than likely a Tom McBurnie Nissan 240z scarabed Ferrari kit car.  The ride height and body proportions are not correct to an original '62 Ferrari GTO.  He also made the black Ferrari Daytona on the Miami Vice TV series  :2cents:

This is what an original looks like.  Ralph Lauren has one in his collection.

Is a nut even valid payment? I mean, I've looked at thousands of car ads, and I've never seen that form of payment mentioned, even as a partial trade.

If the red car is a real one, it could be worth up to 7 figures (!) or more depending on if it has race history and what the history is. It looks really similar to pics I have of a silver 64 250 GTO but without seeing more in detail, can't tell for sure.

:iagree: of all imports nissans are definatley my favorite.i still would rather have the muscle over that car but the nissan definatley has the old technology beat in handling
I don't know what is wrong with your car? but my 71 handles like a dream!! I can whip in and out of traffic like cutting butter with a knife!! I wouldn't trade it for an import for nothing!! NO WAY!!    :burnout:
