    looks like they have been getting from dealers up north.......asking 3k over sticker.....

    anyone need one for Christmas?

    but they will cut some deals...

    I was checking out a SWEET '09 Hemi Orange Challenger w/ a Hemi and the local dealership today. The guy was like "This is our 3rd Challenger. We had a black '08 SRT8 in the summer, a white '09 R/T (which I saw) and this one. You came in at the right time, the new owner is picking it up this afternoon". I was like... :drool:

    In Athens?  I'm from Elberton.  I've seen 2 at the dealership in Anderson, SC, both were black automatic R/Ts.  Did they have any 6 speed cars?

    yep, Barret Dodge in Athens.......yes they had a couple of 6-speeds...

    looks like a couple came from dealers in Michigan.......maybe they are getting them from dealers that are closing?

    Our Dodge dealer has went through a ton of them. They will get in 6 to 10 and a week later they are all gone and more are comming. They sell for sticker with no markup. The only ones they marked up were the 08 SRTs. Now you can by an 09 SRT for sticker.

    Dealer here in kC has 3 6 speed 09 hemis, they still have the 2008 sitting on the lot marked up

    I was driving through Perry, GA two weeks ago and there were at least 3 Challengers at a dealership.  I would have stopped to look, but I was in a rush to get home.

    Okay.  My uncle was telling me he looked at some in Athens a month or so ago, but they didn't have any 6 speeds at the time.  I wouldn't mind test driving one.

    I was in Albuquerque this last weekend and I actually got to finally sit in one. It was an SRT on the showroom. The thing is hot!! They only had R/T's and SRT's. I think only 2 were automatic, all the other 6 were 6 speeds. Red, silver, black were the only colors I saw. The more I look at the info the more the B5 classic R/T fits my wants. A 6 speed R/T in B5 or the darker blue would rock!!
