Hi Guys,

An update on Jim.... He was mis-diagnosed by his Doctor and now is starting to recover from the medication that was incorrect, He should start seeing an improvement and be up and around before Christmas.  He has asked that everyone wait for him to return before PMing him, as he has parts that he has promised to people and will see to them when he is up and able to get back to his same old good self  Thanks everyone. :2thumbs:

Thank you everybody for the concern. Sounds like a lot seemed to have come in contract with some illness right now. Hope you all get better soon.

I was misdiagnosed with the Flu when I really have pneumonia. :banghead:  Not ever having it before, I went with the Dr.’s first diagnosis. After five days without any improvement, I started to look on line for different symptoms that I had to see what else matched. Pneumonia symptoms were all there to a T. Had to do the whole Dr appointment again to get a written script for a chest X ray to prove that I had what I believed.

I can’t wait to see how good the health care system will be when it’s free. :scared:

This crap really takes a toll. I have not worked since 12-5 and will try to go to work on Monday. At least that’s what the plan is. I was told to expect a month or two wait before this is finally over. It seems to be the gift that keeps on giving.

Thanks again for the encouraging notes.

Take it easy, Jim!   :grinyes:  Hope you feel better!

When you visit us on the forum, take it easy....type slooooowly.....  :D

Make sure you follow the correct dosage and times for the antibiotics!  If not, the medication may not have a therapeutic effect and the pneumonia will prolong itself!!!!
