front sway bar

Does anybody have an original front sway bar car and can they tell me if the front bar is arced up or down by the end links?

I asked this same question a few months back and I can't find the thread anywhere now. Neil (Chryco Psycho) gave me the info, but I'll bet that dozens of people know the answer and will chime in soon.
