Yeah I can see Kenny, but I just don't want anyone picking my car apart or for that matter, I don't want to participate in debates and arguments. I just enjoy reading about the cars.

I really enjoy the hamtramik registry. It is helpful info. Eyes and ears are always open.

No ones is going to pick your car apart.
Its a very nice car and you can put what ever option
on it you would have wanted from the factory.
Thats the nice thing about restoring old colletor cars.

Thanks, 1970-74 cuda.  The original engine was MIA when I got it. Everything else on the fender tag is with the car. As some do know, I added a dana 60, 440-6, red bars in the grill, sport hood, and 15 inch ralleys. I am looking for a correct 318 engine for it now. I still have the 14 inch wheels , original 8 3/4 , leaf springs, and have the hub caps.

And you are right. It is nice to be able to restore these older cars. I don't throw nothing away. Everything I have is a bolt on, and so putting it back is very easy if I choose.   I actually want another car to beat on as these M46 cars are rather tough to find. Someone will eventually end up with mine. So I want to be able to give them all the correct pieces it came with as far as trim and options go.

I anticipate any info I can get on these cars.   I hope all share what they learn and know.   It all comes out in the end eventually

I am "some kind of official".

What "kind" is up to everyones personal opinion of me.  :smilielol:

A quote from the Registry forms I use;

"MEMBER DATA  - Personal information will not be given out. " - This includes VIN numbers & fender tag photos. I will not betray that trust for anyones amusement.

I agree with Al. If you have something not posted already, lets see it. We have posted everything we can find so far. You dispute some of it which is fine.

But, at the same time, we are all waiting to see if you post what you say you have.

 Please?

Barry

Only one person seems to be arguing from what I see.....

I will work on a M46 page for the Hamtramck site. Having no forum there means nothing but raw data that anyone can use with no arguments.

Sure thing, please email them Ken. I can save them in the HH M46 section when I get it built. Images here seem to disappear every so often as we all know.  :walkaway:
I will do that Barry :2thumbs: i know what you mean, images here come and go.  And you have my permission to use my car for any referrence picture you want, even though it is rough it is original and unmolested in a way. :clapping:

My poor old car looks as if it was stripped out early in its life and then left to die...........

I will fix it, and it will be cool again. :burnout:

I still have not seen anything that make you an expert on the M46.  I own one.  I have done a lot of research on them.  I am wanting to learn more.  I am 53 years old and have owned more Cuda's and Challengers than most not bragging just a fact.  I have owned a lot of nice cars in the past.  I hope that more post on here and make this the best site for info on the m46.  Gordon

So Ken, Does your car have any sign of the reflective stripe?  I havn't seen an M46 yet without the stripe or at least remnants of the stripe.  I can't see any on your car there.  Looks as though it was removed or never installed.
