Hi Josh, yes Aaron did do these and i asked for as factory so we could have them for reference purposes.  I really dig the M46 option and i am so glad i found the car i did, i too like the Black and Tan contrast, it does look brown, but in sunlight the color comes too life  i love it. :2thumbs:

The hockey stripe looks good with the yellow Gordon.

Glad you got one made up!!  :clapping:

I think I would like the wheels to turn yellow myself.

Same on Allens, I would like the purple wheels, but to each his own.   :blah: :blah:

Seems like the colored wheels kind of brings out the black stripe around the bottom.   :working:
  My two cents anyway.

Ok I have a question.  What is suppose to be the moulding around the back of the M46 Barracuda?   Is it suppose to be a 3 piece set or what?  Mine has the 3 piece on it and thought that was correct.  I looked at pictures of Alan's M46 and it has the 3 piece on the back.  Are they being made now?  Gordon

here is a picture of the rear of my car.  It still has the center piece of chrome.  The two ends are gone but the holes remain.
The info sheets show the parts as number 8.

Here is a picture of the rear of the M46 I found out by Colorado Springs.  It has all the holes for the trim around the rear.

Does anyone know the earliest and latest dates that the M46 option was offered.

Is there anyone who might have seen a late 70 barracuda with the option added.

The only ones I have had a chance to see fender tags on seem to be late 69 and early 70 models.

My fender tag says 910.  I believe that is September the tenth so it would be 1969.

I am pretty sure Barry has that type of information..... but what he has is only what has been recorded so far, so a concrete date will be hard to pin point.

The 1970 model year ran from Aug. 1, 1969 to July 31, 1970. M46 was a valid sales code for the whole model year as far as I know.
