Thats what they need. If they are going to do anything they need to be able to dominate good teams like the Ravens. There really is no excuse for losing to Pittsburgh, they let that one get away in the last couple of minutes. The Cowboys have everything they need to go all the way except heart and execution. They went a long way to showing both against the Giants. Lets see what they do Saturday. It will make or break their season imo.

I totally agree.    :grinyes:

The Raven's defense isn't much less than the Steeler's, so lets see what the Cowboy's can do at home against them. It will be interesting, but I'm routing for the Cowboys because there is NO way I want my Steelers to meet the Ravens again in the playoffs.   :grinno:

Intersting that Tony Romo is 5-8 in December and January games.....

Execution is everything in football. You'll lose most every game you play getting outscored 17-0 in the 4th quarter, no matter how good you played the other 3. I always hear about teams "letting that one get away" and I've said that myself in the past about the Steelers, but in reality every NFL team gets just what it deserves every week. All you have to do is play like crap for 24 seconds at the end of a game and you can lose, if you give up 14 points in those 24 seconds. Celebrating wildly on an opponents field before the game is over is not a good plan either. That's something the Cowboys need to learn. Do your celebrating when the game is over after you win. You don't need to do anything to fire up the best defense in the NFL on their home field while you still have time left to play.

And I'm rooting for the Cowboys too. We don't need to play the Ravens with Ed Reed and Ray Lewis all those studs for the third time this year.

I am also rooting for the Cowboys. If they play even close to their potential they will roll over the Ravens and anyone else that comes their way. I think the name calling and derogatory articles have finally awakened a sleeping giant. I sure hope something sparks them because the last couple of post seasons have been horrible letdowns. As much as I would love to see Brett Favre get another ring I would love it more to see Tony get his first

Although they do not control their own destiny now they can still make it into the playoffs with a win in Philly and a loss by one of 3 teams I think. A loss in any of 6 games by a team and a win in Philly will get them in. Not looking good by any means but still have a ragged heartbeat. Doesnt matter though, if they play like tonight they are one and done in the playoffs even if they do make it. I have to think that the knee to Romo's back had some role to play but then again he is known for choking in the big games and he definitely did that tonight.
