    Greg,

    Tell your co-workers, who travel the I-15, that every Wednesday, starting again on January 7th, through the end of March that the road will be closed from 10 am to 2 pm for blasting.

    Just got power back yesterday after 6 days without and snowing now with 8-10 predicted and another maybe worse storm coming for Sunday.The only good thing is the the wife is starting to agree with me on moving south!  :bigsmile:

    I'd show you, but haven't done it since 1985 when a Challenger was my ONLY means of transportation. Besides, back then it was just another 12 year old car!

    I just flew over all those snow storms.  You can see it good from 42,000 ft.  The white blanket is huge. A few thousand miles worth :2thumbs:

    I wish I had some pics!! Back in '90-'91 when I had my '71 B'cuda, I used to drive it in the winter. Once you got the momentum going, it would spin like a top :bananasmi :bananasmi

    Seriously, there is no need for ABS brakes if you have any clue how to drive in bad weather.

    Mike that is not just out there in Maryland and that doesn't just apply to snow!! We just had a real bad rain storm and I watched this firebird go flying down my street!  too bad he doesn't realize that all the oil that had been dumped by the cars in the dry season gets wet and slippery after the first rain! I am waiting to see that bird go by someday on a hook! (sorry I know this isn't about snow but it is about stupidity and weather!)

    Hate snow...no kidding. Some "weekend off" this was, had to shovel today and yesterday. Speaking of yesterday, there was so much snow in my neighborhood that the the kid from across the street had to help push a stuck ambulance with a patient in it. That was a block away from our houses; needless to say we had a plow within 2 hours.
