I don't believe I've seen any of those...It's sad that I haven't even been to LaCrosse, WI and I live in WI. ::)  There should be an extra one added that's unique to this area; a nice restaurant that's inside a section of several old rail cars.  If I remember correctly, there are two or three cars with seating (including the caboose) and the front car is the kitchen/cooking area.
