What is the name of this piece?

I don't know what to call it so I can look for one. The next swap meet isn't for a while. I was gonna look on the internet. It's on the inside of the front quarter, right above the wheel.

Someone used to offer repops...either auto rust tech or Harms (which is now defunct).

I may just have my friend fab a section to connect it back together. Probably cheaper than trying to buy a new one.

Someone used to offer repops...either auto rust tech or Harms (which is now defunct).
Harms is still min biz but has a whole differant product line. Scott Smith still has  the name and is offering  carb rebuilding as well as other things.
His old partner Dimngo in Peru is still making and selling the old products as Playback Auto.
Also they can be bought threw Resto Rick.
