Is it possible to see guests on line?

I can see 30 members online right now . All the members names to. I can see 18 guests, but no names.  It may or may not help when having security or scammer issues.  Can mods see the guests that come in here?  Or Ross?

I don't think so.  I used to come here as a guest and never had to register anything.  Maybe the IP address?

Only Admin have the right to view IP addresses. They don't show anything other than their IP address but you get very familiar with what are real users and what are spam or robots. You can click on them to see what part of the world they come from and in the case of actual members see their profile by clicking on their IP address and also see if they have any other user names associated to that IP address. I have 3 or 4 members on my forum with a couple of user names. Sometimes it's family or sometimes they just wanted 2, or more.
