    How do you figure that those two $90,000 cars are in "the same price range?" That's one hell of a range.

    why are people trashing this car?.....I would buy it in a heart beat......cars are built in diff ways to a persons desire.....if you do not like it then don't buy it.......

    Here is the deal.  If you like this car and would like to persue it, make arrangements to check it out and make the owner an offer.  If you have no interest in purchasing the car, this thread is not for you -- move along.   :thumbsup:

    Ahhh Classy Auto was selling it for him. They bleed people for a large chunk of money up front and promise to list it through hundreds of sites which actually turns out to be multiple domains that are redirected to a handful of sites they own. Definitely, not worth the money if you want my opinion. They call me regularly. Just a bunch of telemarketers sitting in cubicles. Either way that is one beautiful Cuda. It's a shame he has to sell it.

    Thanks for the support. I guess there is always someone negative in the crowd. As far as classy auto goes I have had about 20 times more calls wanting to sell my car due to Hemmings and classy auto than i have had buyers and hemmings started the telemarketers so beware of them also.

    I am considering selling the motor out of this car and going with a new 6.1 Hemi if anyone knows of a crashed out SRT 8 car please let me know.

    Even in this declining economy I cannot believe this car has not sold. If I had the means I would definitely drop 65k on a car that looks to be easily worth twice that much. Good luck with your new plan, anything that lets you keep that beauty is worth trying.

    Yep, 6.1 is the way to go. 

    Check out cleveland pick a part for a decent quality engine (but no deals from them!).   Mopar can gets you an engine for $9500 and you just have to do some final dyno tuning to get the fuel correct.  They use AEM EFI, so it's a decent system (and fully programmable).  That's my plan, when my job is back to full salary again!!   :stomp:
