Going with 14x5.5 road wheels for my '70 Challenger. Any clearance issues if I go with a 215 tire (215/70R-14)? Ok fit on that rim? Thanks.

No problems, 215/70-14 is about the OE size.... I have fit 235/60-14s with no issues although they bulge a bit in the middle.

Should fit ok, I think these are 215 75 14's on the front in this pic.

You could go up to 225's if you want to. No troubles at all.

I have the 225/14's in the '74 all the way around -- no problems!
