If the alternator is OEM correct date I would be interested in it.

I have a pic of one I'll show but its the square back. Yours should have 70 written on it.
Later ones were the square back. 72 and on I think.

dome light is nice except the chrome, got  some rust on it.

If it doesn't have any pitting on it, it might be salvageable. Rust away or Evapo Rust solution can remove the superficial rust spots.
Then after, depending on it's condition, can be either re plated, or polished.

I did it to one before, exactly the same type and it came out great.

Same similar shape as the one on the Fury wagon I found but it's not the GC/SE overhead light. Bummer.

The rear diff might be sellable. A 489 center? But likely a peg leg.

Wow, rust on an interior chrome bezel. That thing must be rough. Good luck getting it apart.

Numbers say numbers on alternator...232   3438178   4969.

So the date code is a 9/1969? That would be an early 70-71?

As far as the overhead light goes; I don't need one. I was just pointing out that I had found one on a 71 Fury this summer and it might have the same for somebody here.
