heres what i cut out today. im gonna hafta fab some stuff. i just cut out the major rust for now, and when i get the "car" out of the car, ill cut out the trunk pans.

Hey wages, what are you using to cut your panels with? Are you using a cutting wheel? shears? Doesn't look like plasma. How long is it taking?

Sorry for all of the irritating questions, but I used a cutting wheel to cut out a small 2" X 5" lower fender patch on my other car (want to get it right before I hit the Chally) and it took forever and the edge is not very clean. Is there a trick I'm missing or am I just a hack?

dunno what to say. i usually start with a slow revolution to scripe where i need to go, then pass again and again till its through. keeps the longevity of the wheels up as well. direct cutting eats em up. just go slow, and youll get the hang of it.

me brave?  na, just to stupid to be scared. and crazy? hmmmm, i heard if you claim your sane, your actually nuts, so, ill plead the 5th here.
