I do like the white and black. I really like them both. I would go with the blue, since you said it is your favorite.

John,

You have such a talent.  I only wish I lived closer so maybe you could have showen me the ropes of the restoration.  Any chance you asked any of the neighborhood kids if they wanted to help and learn (with parent permission of course)?  It's a great way to pass along the skill sets, passion for the hobby and pride of work.

Either one of those looks good to me. I love white and I love blue. I think I prefer the blue one because it has a white stripe  :clapping:

Good thing you've got those oldschool coilover shocks to hold her up while you work on the back end!

I prefer the blue. I'm getting a little tired of white (sooooooooo many newer white cars on the road) and FY1 yellow makes me gag. (Yes, I know, yellow was not an option in your poll  :roflsmiley: )

got the drivers dogleg on.

did some wheelhouse patching( thats a pic of my 23 yr. old his uncle found in his desk this morning)
i still have to dolly those a bit.

and finally cleared enough junk outta the way to shoot the passenger side in full.

i made a passenger trunk extension, and had it tacked in, but didnt like the fit. it was close, but lacking finesse.so tomorrow, ill make a new set and see how they fit. i only have a little of the drivers to go off of, but i think i got it this time.

man , the car looks crappy, i cant wait to sand it, and at least get it in 1 color!!   :smilielol:

some more awesome "pro" photos for your viewing enjoyment.
i just cant for the life of me figure out why none of those car mags have gotten back to me yet!!   :smilielol:

anyhoo... heres my trunk extensions. by no means are they factory correct, but i had almost nothing to go by to fab them. i personally think they will do just fine.
once i get the car up on the lift, ill trim em and make em prettier, and please dont mind the misguided sharpie mark under my pro 2 second rattle can paint job.
