    You are correct, but for most people as long as the emissions are somewhere else, that's okay.

    This concept is over a year old. I doubt it's still on the radar. The focus now is on the Lotus Europa based Circuit EV.

    They did their best to test that on Top Gear but both cars they had kept breaking and the batteries were running down before they could even get a few laps in.

    People will definitely call it a Zero.  Back in the mid 1990's an ex-girlfreind of mine used to yell Assfire every time she saw an Aspire.
