Moog offset upper control arm bushings?

I just got my new upper control arm bushings from Advance.  They are offset for improved camber.... Is this a good thing.  I wasn't expecting this when I ordered them.

The instuctions that come with them say to add camber, but they can be used to increase caster which is a good thing.

Should I install them as the instructions state, with the arrow pointing toward the outer ball joint on the control arm?

To get the additional caster (street car 2.5 -3.0 degrees), the upper ball joint has to move toward the rear of the car.  This is done by installing the offset bushings such that the ones closest to the front of the car push the control arm out and the ones to the rear pull the control arm in.  These will offset each other and camber will not be affected.
