First hand experience: Bilsteins are OK, I've had a couple of Jeeps with them and they can make a noise here and there. Edelbrock IAS Performer shocks are what I run in Lucy and I love them myself. Really stiff but
very comfy. I can push the rear down but 2" at the most with a real good two hand "heart pump" push on the rear 1/4-trunk. I swear by them. Not sure how good they are for "track" but my car, nor are a big % of E-Bodies are set up for racing. For the street and general "enthusiastic" driving they are a very nice piece. QA1 adjustables are also good but I haven't tried them on an E-Body. I have them on the Ram and being able to pull over and adjust them is a cool thing to have. The rear is easy to get to, the front, not so much lol.
