I just noticed the fender tag calls out a slant 6 with a buldge hood and hood pins. Holy crap, that's cool.

If you wanted it and paid the dealer in advance you could order anything you wanted where I worked.  I worked at a cpd dealership.  It also helped if you knew someone that worked on the assembly line.  We did back then.

The raisin bran hood became an option on Barracudas during the 1970 model year, it continued for 1971.
