Looking for info on Kumho ST tires
« on: January 16, 2009 - 10:30:28 PM »
I have been searching high and low for tires for my Challenger, then I found these in the sizes I am after.
Has anyone ever heard or know anything about these tires?
http://www.performanceplustire.com/products/tires/searchType/searchByBrand/manufacturerID/18/productID_/5876/tireSize/245_SLASH_60-14#prodAnchor

They look sturdy in the tread area, not a lot of snipes that will give tire squirm and they are not BF goodbricks.
I can't find any user info on line about these tires.
Jackson from Toronto.

I have not used them but I know Kuhmo is making some very serious performance tires , they could be very good tires
let us know what you think if you do buy them

I am not worried about wearing fast as most of the tires I have owned time out and rot before tread is used halfway.
It may indicate that they are a bit stickier.

the treadwear life is rated in a 3 digit #  100 is a short life sticky tire , 300 - 400 is a normal street tire rating so ask what the rating is on the tire
