Discount Tire Direct
« on: January 20, 2009 - 10:57:21 PM »
I know they are not a vendor here, but I wanted to tell everyone about my purchase.

Yesterday, I called Discount Tire and ordered 2 sets of tires. The guy said that the tires should be at my door by Thursday and sent me a link to UPS so I can track it. I got home from bowling tonight and checked the link....it said that my tires have been delivered! I didn't see them when I pulled in so I check the back patio and there they are!!!! Less than 24 hours!!! :jumping:

Now if only restoring a Cuda can happen that quickly!  :roflsmiley:

that would be so cool.  I agree about the cuda restore.  Hope mine goes quick also.  Will have to keep that in mind when I am getting tires for mine as well....
Got a pretty good start on my M46 optioned Barracuda restoration but now it is on hold till I can gather more funds.  Still need a few parts for it.  SIU Graduate 75 AAS Automotive Tech, 94 BS Advanced Tech Studies, 1997 MSED Workforce Education and Development

I've always used Tirerack.com, but I'll keep them in mind for future purchases!
