My house is set back 200' off the road so no one can see it but my old Ramcharger is parked at the end of the driveway for sale so the pics were taken 3-4 years ago.

here's a good one that was floating around awhile back. While that camera truck was running around a girl flashed the driver and now it is up on the street view maps. No actual nudity, just a before and after action shot as you look up and down the street. I am blocked from googling it here at work, but I will see if I can find the street address you need to look it up. Try Googling "google maps flasher"

:aussie:  Yes here in Australia we have it too, the closer you go to main cities the older the pic's, out where I live the pic's are newer. My house is over 300 feet from the road and up a hill so it is not visible only the trees and old house at front of block.
Been a lot of discussion about privacy, remember they only release what they want you to see or you could sue them.    :villagers:

A friend bought a hemi 4 speed daytona from a back yard on a reservation  in nm from aerial pics nothing new . many cars have been bought from back yards by paying appraisers and code enforcement just pay a flat 100.00 finder fee per car and the vault opens. with sky view pics and a few bucks you can see every thing like farms that you cant get to or back yards with in a 10 mile radius of home .i bet you guys didnt know big brothers the collector next door .c

I also find it interesting to look at things that 'used to be'.  Like, for example, the picture below, showing one of the entrances to the old Dodge Main Plant in Detroit.  The property is mostly owned by GM now (and mostly vacant), but you can still see the Chrysler logo on the tank.

I'm glad that my street is not yet mapped with the Street View.  Wouldn't want anyone to see my Challenger on jack stands in the driveway or anything!

Another interesting feature...In certain views within Street View, you can rotate the camera downward and see the car they drove around while taking pictures.  Seems like they've mostly eliminated that now, but when this feature first came out, you could always look down and see the camera bubble on the car.

Wow, doesn't look like how remembered it!  But I don't remember much now-a-days.
