Some More Progress!

Well, after a few more nights in the garage, here's what things are starting to look like....

In the pic you can see the small seam I have been working on where the new quarters were welded into place.

Ahhhhh... progress.
What a beautiful thing.

Were those butt-welds, or flanging (if that's what it's called)?

4Cruzin, yes progress is a great thing! ;D  Thanks for the compliment, too.
RTGambit, they were overlap/flanged welds....It uses a little more filler to smooth everything in, but I think it'll be alright when I'm satisfied with everything.  One of these weekends I'm going to try out one of those stud gun welder/puller kit on a few of the dents you see in the pics.  I can't wait until this bodywork stuff is done!  It's not too hard to do, but it's very messy. ::) :(
