    Electric exhaust cut outs

    Well i had my cut outs installed today and its way cool ;D They are fun because u can open and close your headers in seconds without going under the car. Cant wait till i get beside the first 5 point slow and see his face drop when i open them :) And an added bonus is the wife loves them :o

    Just having them installed has changed the sound a little bit. Its a tad louder, but not much. They seal quite well,C.P. i guess u will just have to go for a cruise and see for yourself ;D

    You can tell a quality shop installed those cut outs! Very nice!!! Where did you get them from? the ones I saw were about $300.  Did you have to make the turn downs or did they come w/ them?

    There are a few sites u can order cut outs from but i went with www.quicktimeperformance.com/QTEC/indexhtml . There product to me seemed the best quality. I just ordered the cut outs themselves,wireing, and switch. I had the pipe work, dumps, and heat shield made here at Murrays minute muffler in Calgary. The guy does excellent custom work.

    Yes there are cut outs for 3 inch exhaust. Check the site and it answers most all questions on the subject. Mine are 2 and a half inch.
