I used FedEx (enclosed trailer) from CA to OH and was very happy with them.  They were very professional and a pleasure to deal with.

Keep the feed back going. Like to see what is said when you speak to Shawn. Just so I know if I should keep recommending him. Really nice guy. Seemed like a hard worker.

Hi Guys
Everything is going good at home,I did have the Iroc shipped.I wen't through a company called AAA All*star discount auto transporters, they are just a broker. They do all of the work. The price was cheap enough, but its up to them on who is shipping your vehicle.I dealt with a girl named Lisa at the Company :2thumbs:With there cut I paid$599 to my door,KYtoCT.Thats 850 miles and I had my car in 4 days of it being picked up.phone# 888-896-2938 or 310-310-3350.
I had a very good experience with the whole deal, and this was the first time I had a car shipped sight unseen(just pics to go by)She stayed in touch and if I do it again,I will go through them again. You can also tell them that I gave you the info,I did that(my buddy had used them and I told them that).

Hey Doug! glad all is well. Thanks for the reply, I am definitely calling them.

can you give me some comforting words about a sight unseen purchase?  :smilielol: The thing is, I am freaking out. I dont want to miss out on this truck, but since I dont know the guy I am skeptical. its $950 for a rust free truck! but I wanna make sure that my money isnt going into someones bank account who is gonna bounce and they never owned a truck in the first place...  :dunno:

How did you work through all of that? did you know the people? mine responded to a wanted ad on Moparts.  :chatting:

That is a tough one buddy,my family will tell you that I was climbing the walls .I don't ever buy a car sight unseen and I didn't want to lose my chance to buy this car.So I had to swallow my pride and just do it.I had talked to the seller on the phone many times and he seemed to be up front on everything and was willing to help out in any way as far as shipping went.I originaly was gonna fly down and drive the car home, but decided to ship it instead.I really don't know how our fellow members from OZ do it?This probably took a few years off of my life? But in the end?everything went better than expected and the car is pure and simple, better than described.I have driven it about 120 miles now,It's scary fast and handles like it's on greased rails, and I LOVE IT!!The best thing I can tell is?ask as many???? as you can and do as much research as possible.

sorry to hear that, but you should've done your homework on DAS,it's like calling Bubba that lives in a trailer in the boonies to pick up your Ferrari .well maybe not that bad, but it's a shot in the dark with those guys

Don't get too worried, every car that I have shipped has always arrived at it's destination. Shipped them to Poland, Netherlands, Aussie, Canada, not to mention allover the U.S.  DAS is just a little slow sometimes.

You never know what you are going to get with brokers. I once shipped a 1969 Toyota Corona to Florida. Nice little AZ survivor. The truck shows up, it was  a fully encolsed rig with high end Merceds and Ferraris and a new Ford GT!! The driver said he had the space and it was on his way, so he took it.

I sold a Merkur to a guy that workd for Ford, and a Ford Motorsports truck shows up loaded with special built test cars coming from Cali, going back to Detroit.

There's always going to be someone who has a problem with something, so you'll never find a perfect company.  My brother-in-law has used DAS for his Charger twice with perfect results.
