SNOW BLOWS!
« on: January 30, 2009 - 07:49:46 PM »
I am getting grumpy being cooped up in my house with piles of snow outside.  I miss my Challenger! :crying: :walkaway:

I posted some pics in my thread "it's burnt orange again" - couldn't stand it the other day so I took my car for a cruise up and down the driveway a few times. It's 900 feet long so I was able to get into third. Not the same but it was fun anyway!

Snow ain't all that bad, it melts. The F'in salt they put on the roads here in PA makes me keep the playtoys in till it gets washed off the roads...which means they wont be back out till mid/late march.

 :villagers:

think I'll go out to the barn and fire up the cuda, put the top down and pretend it's 75 and sunny

You're lucky they wash the sand off mid to late March. In CT they don't get around to it sometimes until May! That's a loooong wait...

The only way the salt gets washed off is by rain....i wait until we have three good rains without them putting salt down before I'll take the good cars back out on the roads.
