DVD / LCD screen installed in Challenger
« on: May 31, 2004 - 01:32:30 PM »
Finished up mounting my new dvd/mp3/cd player.  The LCD Screen was a royal Pain in the @$$ to mount. I put the dvd unit inside the glove box.  I still need to find that lower dash piece that is missing. It's pretty neat. You can also run a game system. The whole unit runs off of the 12volt cigarette lighter . Check it out

And the car as it currently looks. I got a few things at the Mid Atlantic nat's like new side markers, wheel well mouldings and a new washer pump. Everything works on my car. The winshield squiters, map light, fasten seat belts, all lights, signals, Etc. It's great to have everything functioning properly. I did recently install subframe connectors and made my own custom 3 inch exhaust. I think she will be good for mid 11's next outing at the track.

Thanks guys. I am trying to get that sleeper look.  I actually saw some guy on the island by me in a 63 corvette convt..(  :-X) He pulled over and we were talking to him.  He said " what do you think i got under the hood"
This vette was all orgional outside. A true 100 point resto. every nut and bolt was new, when he opened the hood  there was a 540 BBC. 650 HP. He said he took it to the track and ran a 11.50 on the stock tires.  :o Thats a sleeper!

It's there for the G\f while were driving to the track or sititng at a cruize night. Also pretty neat to watch the track runs on.
