The state of Arizona has a gem show going on right now.  Couldnt find a motel for 3.5 hrs last night. even  motel 6 was 90 bucks a night and no rooms. Found a crummy super 8 for 120 bucks. I couldnt believe a 45 buck a night room being 120 bucks. I will be in New Mexico in about 15 minutes. Wonder what lies ahead.  Woke up with it being 31 outside, went to bed last night and it was 78. Desert nights do get chilly.  Hope to be in texas in 3 hrs or so.  I am suposed to be in Georgia after this job in Luoisiana is done.   

What a way to see the country huh?   It gets to your kidneys though. Bouncing in a truck n trailer up and down all day. Not the same as working.

Well Heminut, yer town is in my rear view mirror now      Elpaso bound.     I am towing my grinding machines on the back of a 16 ft trailer.  I dont drive big trucks for a living, just my craft equipment

East of Elpaso is nice wide open spaces. There are a few places along the road with some old cars. Let's see if you can spot them. Enjoy the drive!!

Yeah, the posted speed is 80 mph after Elpaso. big trucks 70.   I have made this trip a few dozen times
