   I didn't know you had registered with us. Maybe you made your reservations before I had the block of rooms reserved? In any case, I just called and talked to the same girl that booked the block of rooms for me months back. Everything is Oakey-Dokey.

Yeah I'll probably be cancelling my reservation as well simply because I'll most likely still have my apartment in the area by then.  Poor hotels...  I wonder how light the show will be this year...

I got a King no smoking.  BTW make sure anyone who registered calls the hotel and negotiates the rate, I got it for substantially less than 109......

I just checked online with the hotel; and I am out of luck ---- I have two adults and 2 kids and they have a max occupancy of 3.   

Gonna check at other hotels I guess.....Never heard of a hotel that did that.....2 kids I mean....

UPDATE:  I called to hotel and inquired about this . . . they told me to just give them a call and they will book your room for you with no issues and or extra fees.  It is alot more fun when we all stay at the same hotel so give them a call.  The number is on the first page of this thread.

I called and just made my reservations   

I asked what the rate was for the group and he first said $109.....I then asked if I could get a better rate and he put me on hold and then came back and said the rate was $70!   

SO I dunno if he goofed or what??   But I'll take it!  At that rate I could swing two nights!!!!!

So staying friday and saturday.....Can't wait!

UPDATE:  Got an email confirmation of the rate too!  Woohoo!

Ya know, it could be that the rate decreases as the group size increases??  I have heard of that before....maybe you will get a surprise when you check in??

No that's not it... the same thing happened last year. Some paid the "regular" rate, some got a good one and others stole the rooms.

I do wish because we are a returning group and we DO talk to each other they would cut the crap and give us ALL the best rate they could.
