Newbie from Ct.
« on: February 06, 2009 - 07:54:01 AM »
Hi Everybody. I have been reading posts on this website for a while. I decided to join, since everyone seems so friendly and helpful.
I have been into Mopars since the late '70s. The first car I bought (when I was 16) was my matching number '70 6bbl 4 speed roadrunner coupe. I still have the car. I have owned a '74 Challenger Rallye & '73 340 roadrunner ( both gone years ago). Right now, I own my '70 roadrunner, a '66 Charger 383-4V, a '67 New Yorker and the latest addition a '73 'Cuda 340.
We bought the 'Cuda this summer. My wife had told me when I met her, that she always wanted a purple 'Cuda with round taillights. I found the car this summer and we decided to buy it. The car is a ton of fun. We both love the car. It gets a lot of looks when we drive it. The kids love the car!
I know that everyone loves pictures, so I will try to attach a few pictures of the 'Cuda.

Welcome to the greatest site on Earth!
Very very nice stable of Mopars you have there. The Cuda looks awesome, however, a man who possesses multiple Mopars deserves this...
 :useless:
if he doesn't post pics of all of the cars even B bodies.

Welcome to the site - good that you decided to join.  Don't be bashful about jumping in and adding your  :2cents:.  Anyone that owns as many Mopars as you knows a thing or two about them.

Speaking of which, you mention owning five, but I only see two in the photo - and you don't even list the truck!  C'mon, buddy, let's see some  :picture:  :picture:   :picture:  :picture: of the other cars!

Here are a few pictures of the roadrunner from a few years back.I did a concours rotisserie resto. I am in the process of putting it back together. Things have slowed down a little since I got married a few years ago and had a son in Sept.
I am hoping to get the driveline installed this summer.
I will have to look for some photos of the '66 Charger and post them another time.
